The Apollo Future Mobility Group presented concepts for future electric models at the China International Import Expo. Under the title EVision, the Chinese are planning an electrically powered SUV and an electrically powered luxury sedan.

An electric SUV and a sporty luxury sedan are to be built on a completely new electric drive architecture. The SUV is called EVision X, the sedan under EVision S. The sedan has a coupé-like shape with a long, low nose and almost invisible rear doors. The interior is designed as a four-seater. The overall length should remain under five, the overall width under two meters. There is no information yet on the EVision X-SUV. But it should be based on the same platform and transfer the silhouette of the sedan to SUV format.,
The new electric platform with 800 volt technology and two axial motors on the rear axle, also shown in China, could be installed under both models. No further information was given.,
Conclusion
More electric upper class models are announced from China. Like many of its competitors, Apollo is targeting Tesla with its SUV concept and sedan. So far, however, the information is extremely sparse.
