D he territory of a GT3 racing car is clearly defined: It chases the racetrack. But that doesn't mean that the radical design of a GT3 car can't be brought onto the road in a slimmed-down form. This is what happened at M&D Exclusive Cardesign, a vehicle refiner from Dinslaken (North Rhine-Westphalia).

No GT3 wing salad, but a little lip

The tuner takes a BMW 650i with 408 hp under his wing and puts the coupe in a racing suit. Wrapped in the colors of BMW Motorsport. In contrast, tuner M&D Exclusive sticks some exterior parts in gloss black. For example the two flaps that are attached to the side of the front cooling inlets.

The front bumper including the sword and the sprawling fenders are part of a widebody kit that M&D Exclusive Cardesign has put on for the 6 Series. Other modifications concern the bonnet, side skirts and the rear. There, the tuner clamps a diffuser between the twin tailpipes of the sports exhaust system.

Two floors above, a spoiler lip faces the wind. This clearly subordinates the tuned BMW 650i to its GT3 counterpart. The BMW M6 GT3 sucks itself onto the asphalt with a large rear wing.

BMW 6 Series in racing outfit for 76,500 euros

In the wheel arches of the PD6XX GT3 - that's what M&D calls its tuning Factory - golden alloy wheels turn. In the front in the size 10x21, in the back in 11.5x21 inches. The tuner stretches slippers of dimensions 255/30 R21 and 295/25 R21 on the rims.

M&D Exclusive Cardesign has turned up the power of the 4.4-liter V8 turbo. A software optimization lifts the unit from 408 to 495 hp. Instead of 600, the V8 drums with 722 Nm on the crankshaft. However, the 650i struggles with its GT3 model. The BMW M6 GT3 has around 585 hp, depending on its classification. But the price is all the lower. M&D Exclusive Design is calling for 76,500 euros for its 6 in racing outfit. The racing M6 costs 379,000 euros. And just live it out on the racetrack.
