M it is the Tata Megapixel that Indians want to contribute to provide future mobility in metropolises around the globe. Developed and drawn as a world car, the megapixel should be able to be found by buyers.

Tata megapixels with a range of up to 900 kilometers

With a length of 3.50 meters and a width of 1.67 Meters and a height of 1.40 meters, the Tata Megapixel should offer space for four people. The compact dimensions, together with the ultra-short overhangs, should enable a turning circle of only 5.60 meters.

For easy access to the interior, Tata relies on a sliding door concept. Both doors on each side are designed as sliding doors. There is no B-pillar. For this, the roof was designed as a panoramic pane. The seats seem to float freely, and online access is also on board.

The Tata Megapixel is powered by four wheel hub motors, each with 10 kW output and a maximum torque of 500 Nm. These draw their energy from a 13 kWh lithium-ion phosphate battery. In pure electric mode, the Tata Megapixel should have a range of 87 kilometers. If the energy runs out, a 325 ccm single-cylinder petrol engine that drives a generator is started up as a range extender. This then increases the total range to around 900 kilometers. On average, the Tata Megapixel should consume one liter per 100 kilometers, the CO2 emissions are specified at 22 g /km. Alternatively, the Tata Megapixel can also be charged via an inductive system or a quick charging station.
