After the most successful year in the history of the car manufacturer Porsche, employees receive a special payment of up to 8,600 euros gross. The special payment consists of two components: 7,900 euros will be paid out on the occasion of the positive company result and for the special performance of the workforce in the 2014 financial year. 700 euros is available as a special contribution to the Porsche VarioRente or for individual retirement provision.

With the Bavarian competitor BMW, the profit-sharing bonus for 2014 is up to 8,365 euros. At BMW, the profit sharing in Germany is calculated from the group result (group net income and return on sales after taxes) and the dividend of the ordinary share as well as a uniform base value for each salary group.
