The 3.40 meter long, 1.50 meter wide and 1.66 meter high S ubaru Stella is from driven by a 47 kW electric motor. The maximum torque of 170 Nm is delivered directly to the front wheels.

Subaru Stella EV with lithium-ion batteries

The 1,010 kilogram Subaru Stella is supposed to use the energy from the lithium-ion batteries and the associated energy Electric motor can travel around 90 kilometers. The maximum speed is given as 100 km /h. The capacity of the lithium-ion battery is 9 kWh. A total of eight battery modules connected in series are used. The Subaru Stalla plug-in can be charged at any conventional socket - a charging process takes eight (100 V) or five hours (200 V) depending on the voltage. A quick charge function enables the batteries to be charged to 80 percent of their capacity in 15 minutes. Compared to a conventionally powered vehicle, fuel costs are around 0.70 euros /liter. There it costs the equivalent of just under 35,000 euros. Whether and at what price the electric model is also offered in Europe was not mentioned.
