U m not falling behind in the competition among the little athletes advised, Renault has the Clio RS revised. The most significant change occurs under the hood. Newly tuned and with an increased speed limit (6,800 rpm), the 1.6-liter turbo four-cylinder increases by 20 hp and 20 Nm. The bottom line is that 220 hp and 260 Nm are now tugging at the front wheels. With overboost, up to 280 Nm can even be briefly accessed in fourth and fifth gear.

Renault Clio R.S. optimized in detail

The French took another deep look into the dual clutch transmission. In normal and sport mode, the switch box should now change gear steps 40% faster, in race mode even 50% faster.

Compared to the normal Clio R.S. the 220 Trophy was lowered by 20 mm on the front axle and 10 mm on the rear axle, and the chassis was tuned tighter. In the wheel arches, 205/40 tires rotate on 18-inch rims.

The interior is enhanced by leather sports seats, onboard telemetry, satined air inlets and carbon applications on the air vents, gear levers and door handles.
