Mercedes-Benz AG has determined that the adhesive force of the fuel supply line may not correspond to the specifications for certain vehicles of the C-Class series (BR 206) with 4-cylinder diesel engine . In this case, the fuel supply line could slip off the connection piece despite the correctly closed clamp. As a result, fuel could escape and the pressure in the fuel supply line could drop. This could lead to misfires or the engine switching off unannounced while driving.
