The V 60 The Swedes had already shown Cross Country at the LA auto show. In Detroit, the corresponding sedan followed, which takes on the off-road character of the station wagon.
Volvo S60 Cross Country only as diesel
The Volvo S60 Cross Country rolls optionally on 18- or 19-inch Tires with a particularly high cross-section. Similar to the V60, the S60 has 65 mm higher ground clearance, underride protection elements at the front and rear, newly designed side skirts in an aluminum look and fenders that have been widened with black plastic. The new rear apron integrates the tailpipes. In the interior, the Volvo S60 Cross Country has sports seats with black leather and brown contrasting stitching.
In Germany, the Volvo S60 Cross Country can be ordered from March 2015. The off-road sedan is available with both front-wheel and all-wheel drive. Equipped with the two-liter four-cylinder D4 turbodiesel with 190 hp, the S60 comes with front-wheel drive. All-wheel drive is available in combination with the likewise 190 hp 2.4-liter five-cylinder turbodiesel in the D4 AWD.
Volvo offers the S60 Cross Country exclusively in the top Summum equipment. In conjunction with the 190 hp D4, the sedan is available from 43,840 euros. The all-wheel drive version costs from 48,440 euros.
