1 In 898 it was opened for the first time on the' Terrace of the Jardin des Tuileries 'and attracted around 140,000 visitors with 232 vehicles. 110 years later, in autumn 2008, 1,432,972 visitors were counted at the Paris Motor Show, a new visitor record in the exhibition halls.
Mercedes shows the B-Class, BMW the Z4
The Paris Motor Show is not just a “home game” for French automobile manufacturers such as Citroën, Peugeot and Renault. The German, Asian and American car manufacturers also regularly show their premieres to an international audience. The petrol motor vehicles by the German engineers Karl Benz and Gottlieb Daimler were also represented at the Paris Motor Show from the start.

As one of the highlights, Peugeot is showing the e-Legend, a study based on the legendary 504 Coupé with a huge screen in the footwell!
