According to the figures from the Federal Motor Transport Authority on Thursday (4.3 .) the Hyundai i10 ousted the competitors clear on the places. The Smart Fortwo remained in second place in February , closely followed by the Ford Ka and the Previous month winner VW Fox .
The small car segment will remain unchanged from VW Polo dominates. The Wolfsburg is clearly ahead of the Opel Corsa and the Skoda Fabia . As expected, the compact class also features the VW Golf at the top. The arch rivals Opel Astra follow at an ultra-large distance and Ford Focus on the squares.
Another class and another VW -Model at the top is offered by the middle class with the VW Passat as the segment winner, who won the BMW 3er .
The clearly dominant model of the upper middle class still comes from Stuttgart. Also in February the defends MercedesE-Class the lead clearly before the Audi A6 and the BMW 5er . In the upper class, however, Audi with the Audi A8 clearly ahead in February. the Ingolstadt follow the Mercedes S-Class , the BMW 7er and the Porsche Panamera .
VW Tiguan is the name of the segment winner for off-road vehicles. It is followed by the BMW X1 and the Audi Q5 . The most popular sports car in February was again the new Mercedes E-Class Coupé. The BMW follow on the seats Z4 and the Audi TT. With the minivans, the Mercedes B remains in February -Class the best-selling model. The Renault Scénic and the Nissan Qashqai , the Frenchman was ahead by a nose in the end.
The VW Touran took first place. Far behind are the Opel Zafira and the VW Sharan , which has the new Peugeot 5008 just behind him.
