D he most important change in the new BMW 3 Series Touring: more space in the interior. Compared to the still current BMW 3 Series Touring (E91), the new one will have a trunk that has been increased by 35 to 495 liters. When the rear seat is folded down, the load volume increases to 1,500 liters (currently 1,385 liters). The increase in length of the body of just under ten (4.62 meters) and the wheelbase plus of five centimeters (2.81 meters) also benefit the rear passengers. These should enjoy 17 millimeters more knee room and nine millimeters more headroom.

The BMW 3 Series Touring will be available in stores on December 22nd .September 2012. The BMW 320d Touring is initially being offered as an entry-level model, and the price list starts at 37,100 euros. The 316d will follow at the end of the year, which will cost 32,350 euros.
