Mercedes G-Class Designo Manufaktur Edition

S since 1979 the Mercedes G-Class has been in always refined version built. The completely new Mercedes G-Class should start before the end of 2017. In order to keep the old G attractive, Mercedes has now launched two new special models. There is a choice between the Designo manufaktur Edition and the Exclusive Edition. The sales release starts on May 2, 2017, the market launch starts in September. In addition, the digital services from Mercedes Me Connect should further increase comfort in the G ‑ Class.

The Designo Manufaktur Edition is available for the G 350 d and G 500. It is available in the paint finishes Designo Magma Red, Designo Mystic White Bright and Obsidian Black. This is combined with black AMG 5-spoke light-alloy wheels with
275/55 R 19-inch tires, black inserts in the side protective strips, black radiator grille slats, black exterior mirrors and a black spare wheel cover.

Black leather with red decorative stitching, a sports steering wheel, piano lacquer applications, red seat belts and a special model badge enhance the interior. The equipment includes the Exclusive Pact, the Chrome Package and the Sports Package. Prices start at 109,879 euros for the G 350 d Designo Manufaktur Edition, the G 500 is available from 121,683 euros. The price advantage should be up to 24%.

G 63 AMG Exclusive Edition: high quality and dynamic

The Exclusive Edition is now available for the two top models G 63 and G 65. They have an underguard made of stainless steel, side AMG sports strips, protective strip inserts in a dark aluminum look and a spare wheel cover painted in the same color as the car. There are also AMG wheels with a special finish with 295/40 R 21 tires. The color palette has been expanded to include the exclusive AMG Monza Gray Magno matt paint finish.

In the interior, the Exclusive Edition has a two-tone leather-covered instrument panel and two-tone multicontour leather sports seats with air conditioning with. Customers can choose between carbon and piano lacquer for the decorative elements. The prices for the AMG special models start at 163,125 euros for the G 63 Exclusive Edition and at 287,659 euros for the G 65.
