The customer is king, and what they want is done. In accordance with this credo, the special conversion department MSO from M cLaren now the one-off McLaren MSO 650S Project Kilo put on wheels.

A bird for the engine compartment

Technically, the McLaren 650S remained unchanged, but it got a lot of extra carbon. The roof, the door sills, the cockpit surround with integrated switching point display and other components were made of carbon fiber. Also new are the lids for the cooling water and engine oil, which are painted in the body color and have also been given an orange McLaren logo. The lower edges of the door were also painted in this signal color and given a brand logo. In addition, a gold-coated heat shield shines on the tailpipe. As a special gag, the McLaren MSO 650S Project Kilo has a small kiwi logo on the engine cover, as a reminder of the New Zealand home of company founder Bruce McLaren.T
