The study is based on the M cLaren MP4-12C GT and shows itself in the typical Orange of the brand - a tribute to the racing cars from the 60s and 70s when Bruce McLaren and Denis Hulme drove for the brand.

McLaren 12C Can-Am Edition with 14 more horsepower

A sports brake system, which is hidden behind the weight-optimized 18-inch alloy wheels with Pirelli sports tires, ensures a deceleration that is adequate for the performance.

McLaren Can-Am weighs only 1.2 tons

In order to give the McLaren 12 Can-Am Edition 30 percent more downforce than the production model, a carbon aerodynamic package consisting of Front splitter, diffuser and rear spoiler installed. The model should weigh only 1.2 tons, with the almost empty interior also contributing. Narrow Recaro sports seats with six-point belts, roll cage and various carbon elements and the F1 steering wheel make the McLaren 12C Can-Am Edition a unique racing car.

Now, up to 30 customers should be able to enjoy the Not eligible racing drivers come, because McLaren gives in to the great interest of customers and will build the Can-Am in small series. The price quoted was around 470,000 euros. However, each copy should be specially tailored to the respective buyer.
