Lincoln MKC 2018: data, information, market launch, price

U m to freshen up the look of the Lincoln MKC, the radiator grille got a new one, now a one-piece cut, and the headlights, which are now equipped with LED technology, have been given a new shape. The rear of the Lincoln was refined with additional chrome applications. The welcome function in the lights and the door entry area lighting in the form of a Lincoln logo are also new. The interior features new surface materials for the new model year, including various new types of leather and precious woods.

On the equipment side, Lincoln is upping the ante with the infotainment system. Various USB sockets, internet access including hotspot, smartphones are integrated via Apple Carplay and Andoid Auto as standard. An emergency brake assistant with pedestrian detection, a blind spot assistant and a lane departure warning system will also take care of safety in the future. A parking assistant enables convenient parking. The new 'Lincoln Way App' offers additional services.

On the drive side, the 245 hp two-liter four-cylinder turbo gasoline engine and the top engine with the 2.3-liter four-cylinder with turbocharging 285 hp and 414 Nm . Both come with front-wheel drive as standard, with all-wheel drive as an option.

The new Lincoln MKC will go on sale in the US in summer 2018. It will celebrate its public premiere at the L.A. Auto Show. Prices have not yet been communicated.
