Like a uto motor und sport learned from Skoda circles, the off-road vehicle that ranks above the Yeti is to be based on the new VW Tiguan, which is coming in 2015.

The as yet nameless four-door model is 4.60 meters long and thus 10 centimeters longer than the basic version of the Tiguan. The Skoda SUV should offer between 500 and 1,800 liters of cargo space. There should be enough space for five adults. In addition, the SUV - like the Tiguan - should have two additional folding seats in the rear and thus even offer up to seven seats.
The engine range includes two petrol (140/180 hp) and two petrol engines Diesel (150/184 hp), whereby the weaker versions are supplied with front-wheel drive, the more powerful versions with all-wheel drive as standard. The prices are on the same level as the new Superb and are expected to start at 25,000 euros.
