I n the WTCC, Lada mixes with the very fast. In the future, normal mortals can also look forward to a speedy Russian, because Lada is launching the Kalina NFR.
Lada Kalina NFR sprints to 100 in 9.2 seconds
Turbo power and dual clutch transmission - Nothing. The Lada Kalina NFR relies on a free-sucking 1.6-liter four-cylinder that produces 136 hp and 154 Nm of torque. Coupled with a manual 5-speed gearbox, the Kalina NFR sprints from zero to 100 km /h in 9.2 seconds. The top speed is only reached at 203 km /h.
The Lada Kalina NFR also shows its dynamism quite openly. The bonnet got two ventilation gills, the front apron was equipped with a spoiler lip, the side skirts are allowed to extend further and a small spoiler grows on the rear edge of the roof. The appearance is rounded off by 17-inch alloy wheels.
In the interior, heated sports seats and an audio system await NFR drivers. The equivalent of the hot Lada costs around 10,500 euros.
