Like all Liberty - the Liberty runs in Europe as the Cherokee - the Renegade also carries a 3.7 liter V6 petrol engine with 210 hp and 319 Nm of torque under the hood. The Renegade equipment includes a special paint job, 16-inch alloy wheels with 235/70 tires, tow hooks, underride protection elements, a nicely taped bonnet, tinted windows, new aprons at the front and rear and darkened lights all around. New special models of the Jeep Wrangler

Jeep wants to revive the Wrangler series with two new special models. Based on the Wrangler Sport, the Wrangler Islander comes equipped with a special paint, special seat covers, 17 inch alloy wheels, a leather steering wheel and 'Tiki Bob' logos.

Jeep plays a key role in the Chrysler business plan

Chrysler Group LLC prepared the complete business plan for it in November the next five years before. The Jeep brand will play an extremely strong role in this. A comprehensive model offensive is planned for 2010, with all Jeep models to be replaced by new versions by 2013, including the new Jeep Grand Cherokee, which is based on the platform of the former group partner Daimler.
