D he model year 2015 of the Hyundai i40 is on the newly designed Hexagonal grille and newly drawn headlights can be seen. The front apron and the integrated LED fog lights are also new. There were also new graphics for the taillights. The designers were also allowed to let off steam on the 16- and 18-inch alloy wheels.

Dual clutch transmission for the Hyundai i40

The interior is upgraded with new materials, two further developed audio systems and a modified navigation system, The optional electrically operated tailgate with proximity sensor ensures more loading convenience.

The new adaptive dampers on the rear axle, which can be preset by the driver, are reserved for the i40 station wagon only. Other new technical features include new bi-xenon headlights and a high beam assistant.

The engine range of the Hyundai i40 also consists of two diesel and two gasoline engines. The top diesel increases to 141 hp and 340 Nm, the base diesel makes 115 hp and 280 Nm. The basic gasoline engine has 136 hp and 164 Nm, the top gasoline engine has 166 hp and 204 Nm. The i40 can now also be optionally equipped with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.

Prices and a market launch date have not yet been announced.
