D he two-liter four-cylinder turbo gasoline engine in the Hyundai Genesis Coupé received one enlarged intercooler and a new twin-scroll turbocharger. The engine output increased from 214 HP to now 275 HP. The maximum torque increased to 373 Nm. The performance has also increased: the Genesis Coupé 2.0T reaches a top speed of 236 km /h (previously 222 km /h) and sprints from zero to 100 in 7.4 (automatic: 7.2) seconds. The average consumption should be 9.4 liters.

Hyundai Genesis Coupé up to 260 km /h

The V6 in the Hyundai Genesis Coupé top-of-the-line model performs thanks to direct fuel injection and variable intake manifold on the intake side now 347 PS and provides 400 Nm torque. The 2 + 2-seater has a top speed of 260 km /h and accelerates to 100 km /h in 6.1 seconds. In conjunction with the new eight-speed automatic, which can also be switched manually using rockers on the steering wheel, the standard sprint is done in 5.9 seconds. The average consumption is given as 10.7 liters. Both units are connected with a manual six-speed gearbox as standard, and an eight-speed automatic transmission is also available as an option.

The suspension and braking system have been adapted to the increased engine power. The optics have also been adjusted. The new front hides new headlights and a nine drawn radiator grille. The rear has been fitted with new LED lights.

Prices for the Hyundai Genesis Coupé 2.0 T start at 33,490 euros, the V6 version starts at 39,600 euros.
