The new Ford Focus tournament should be significantly longer than the three and five-door models and, compared to its predecessor, with more space at the Go start. In addition, the Ford engineers gave the Focus station wagon sportier design. The roof rails and an automatically closing tailgate are standard equipment. Details on dimensions and loading volume were, however, at the start of the G enfer auto salons not yet mentioned.

Third generation of the Ford Focus is coming in 2011

The third generation of the Cologne compact model already celebrated at the North American International Auto Show will have its world premiere in Detroit and will come onto the German market from the beginning of 2011. The new Ford Focus will be built from the end 2010 in Saarlouis and Michigan (USA). In addition, the compact Cologne will also roll off the assembly line in Chongqing, China. The new Focus based on the new C-segment vehicle architecture will roll off the assembly line for all world markets with almost the same specification.

The compact station wagon comes with a wide range of drives. There is a choice of five diesels with a power range from 95 to 163 hp. The petrol models have four engines from 105 to 180 hp, including a new EcoBoost engine with a displacement of 1.6 liters and 150 hp or 180 hp. Some of the new engines can also be combined with a six-speed dual clutch transmission. The surcharge list also includes a semi-automatic parking system for the first time.
