D he successor of the legendary Ferrari Enzo Ferrari is of course befitting Fired by a V12 engine that generates a whopping 800 hp from a displacement of 6.2 liters. The Ferrari La Ferrari calls up over 900 Nm as maximum torque. In times of CO2 and environmental awareness, the new Ferrari La Ferrari also needs an electric motor, which also provides 163 hp. All in all, this results in an output of 963 hp. A seven-speed dual clutch gearbox provides power transmission.

Ferrari La Ferrari as heavy as the Enzo

Together with an optimized vehicle weight (at 1,365 kg, it is on the same level as the Enzo) , the Ferrari La Ferrari should be unmatched in terms of acceleration. ( Here there is more information about the carbon cell of the Ferrari La Ferrari ) So the sprint from zero to 100 km /h should take place in under 3 seconds, speed 200 should be reached after 7 seconds, the 300 mark falls after 15 Seconds, the top speed should be over 350 km /h. With this performance, the new super sports car should undercut the lap time of the Enzo on the home track in Fiorano by 5 seconds (less than 1:20 minutes) - 3 seconds faster than the F12 Berlinetta. Adequate deceleration is also ensured thanks to ceramic brakes. The Ferrari La Ferrari only needs 115 meters to brake from a speed of 200 to a standstill. The braking system works behind the 265/30 tires on the front axle and the 345/30 wheels on the hindquarters.

Of course, the new Ferrari La Ferrari has its price. Without taxes, the Italians are calling for 1 million euros. It doesn't matter what the super sports car uses. The ecological conscience faints for a short time at 330 grams of CO2 per kilometer, but the corresponding consumption of 13.9 liters per 100 kilometers probably only makes the owner shrug his shoulders briefly.

Exclusive design for the exclusive high-performance racer

Visually, the new Ferrari La Ferrari is an independent model with the typical Ferrari insignia. The high-end racer is based on the design of its predecessor with its gull-wing doors and the arrowheaded bonnet, which, however, is not raised. A huge cooler mouth dominates theFront and grim-looking headlight slots provide additional overtaking prestige. The side view is dominated by short overhangs, a passenger cell in black placed far forward and powerful air ducts as sills. The rear of the Ferrari La Ferrari runs out almost horizontally and ends in a small spoiler flanked with circular lights. Of course, a tinted rear window also allows a view of the V12.

The Ferrari Enzo Ferrari was produced between 2002 and 2004 with a 660 hp six-liter V12 in an edition of 399 copies. The model was sold out before production began. The Ferrari FXX with 800 hp for use on the race track was later built on this basis. The Ferrari Enzo successor, the F150, could also be limited to 499 units.
