Audi with the full A4 board
D och we stay at home for the time being, or in Bavaria. Audi is currently intensively testing the new Audi A4 - not just the sedan that was shot down a few weeks ago, no, the Avant estate version is also being tested on the Nürburgring, as are the hot S4 models from the brand with the four rings. All versions are still available in 2015, although the S4, which is well over 360 hp, will initially be the spearhead - until the RS4 comes.
A little further south, BMW is working on its future as an automobile. In addition to the new Mini Club and Countryman models, the new BMW 7 Series and BMW 5 Series are in the works. The latter will be launched in 2016 on a completely new lightweight construction platform. The same goes for the BMW 7er, which we have already been able to test drive . The Mercedes S-Class has to dress warmly here.
Mercedes is going to the IAA
Speaking of Mercedes: The Stuttgart-based company is not idle in April either. IAA visitors can expect a revamped A-Class and a strengthened A45 AMG model. Furthermore, the C-Class Coupé will celebrate its premiere in Frankfurt, as will the AMG version. The convertible version of the C-Class is also scheduled for the end of 2015 and the same applies here: Not without my AMG model - in this open case with the around 450 hp 4.0-liter biturbo V8. But that's not all at Mercedes. Also for the IAA ( here all IAA innovations ) the Mercedes SLK successor is to come as the Mercedes SLC - and here too the AMG V8 all-purpose weapon is on board.
