Detroit Motor Show 2010: The tour of the fair

Although the big three US manufacturers Ford , Chrysler and GM on the D etroit Motor Show like last year rather cautiously, around 50 new products are celebrating their premiere at the US show.

There are also some innovations from the German manufacturers again: VW with the New Compact Coupé a preview of a possible Jetta Coupé on display, Audi presents a compact E-Tron-Elektro-Studie. And BMW has with electric 1er and Mini Beachcomber also brought two interesting concepts to the USA. Birgit Priemer, deputy editor-in-chief of auto motor und sport , will present details of the new products in conversation with the respective design chiefs of the brands.

At this year's trade fair in Detroit (until January 24th) compact series vehicles with low emissions and alternative drive concepts are more important than ever.
