Bridgestone Air Free Concept: tires without air

D he tire manufacturer Bridgestone is developing a puncture-proof tire. The “Air Free Concept” cannot lose air because there is no air in it. Instead, spokes made of a resin take on the load-bearing function. The tire will initially come onto the market for bicycles in 2019 - a division of the company builds two-wheelers. The application is also conceivable for other vehicles, however, in 2013 Bridgestone showed a kind of buggy with these wheels.
