Bankruptcy averted after all: Spyker makes a new attempt

S pyker boss Victor Muller already had in December announced not to give up, although a Dutch court sent the sports car manufacturer into bankruptcy. Now at the end of January, Muller reached another court that the insolvency order was declared null and void.

Spyker wants to attack again

Spyker has not been saved, but can under the status of Creditor protection will be continued. According to Muller, he has since negotiated new payment methods with almost all creditors. Nothing should stand in the way of a restart of Spyker in a few weeks. Muller then wants to finally put the entry-level athlete B6 Venator on the keel as quickly as possible and bring the cooperation with a US electric aircraft manufacturer under one roof. At the same time, the search for a new investor should continue.
