F for the new VW Passat with the double-charged one Two-liter four-cylinder turbodiesel tuner B&B from Siegen has launched a two-stage tuning program. The first stage provides for a newly programmed engine control and a boost pressure increased by 0.2 bar. This increases the engine output from 240 hp and 500 Nm to 275 hp and 570 Nm. In return, the account balance drops by 1,298 euros.
Up to 630 Nm in the VW Passat
In the second stage, the changes to optimized intake routes, modified air ducts and changes to the charge air cooling and the Exhaust system made. The four-cylinder confirms the measures with an output of 300 hp and a maximum torque of 630 Nm. The new key data allow the VW Passat to spurt from zero to 100 km /h in 5.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 250 km /h. This increase in performance costs 3,950 euros.
In order to make the chassis fit for the increased demands, 25 mm shorter sport springs are available for 298 euros. Alternatively, a fully adjustable coilover kit can be installed at a price of 1,498 euros. A sports exhaust system made of stainless steel costs 1,295 euros and should bring 5 - 8 hp. A special 4 or 6 piston high-performance brake system, which is available from 3,950 euros, provides more stop power.
