The Aston Martin Vulcan is a thoroughbred athlete. Street legal: does not own the hyper sports car that debuted at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. With its seven-liter V12 and over 800 hp, the Vulcan is designed purely for the racetrack. Track only, says the Briton. A car of the type Ferrari LaFerrari FXX K and McLaren P1 GTR ( S tory ).

Only 24 copies of the Aston Martin Vulcan

Fast, powerful and outrageously expensive: Aston Martin is calling for a base price of around 2.3 million dollars for its Vulcan. That corresponds to over 2.1 million euros. Exactly 24 pieces will be built. One would think there will be 24 happy owners. Whoever has one does not give it up anymore. And rather sell your last shirt and live under the bridge before you give the Vulcan back.

Car dealerships think differently. In November Cleveland Motorsports received its Aston Martin Vulcan from the Cleveland suburb of North Olmsted. The first ever to make it to the United States. A good two months later, the luxury car dealership wants to get rid of the hypercar again. You could say: Cleveland Motorsports smells big business. Because: The Aston Martin Vulcan on offer should cost 3.4 million dollars (around 3.139 million euros). That's a whopping 1.1 million markup.

The exclusivity of the Vulcan, which sends the power to the rear wheels via a sequential six-speed gearbox, does not make it a slow seller for long. It is not known how many kilometers the Vulcan has already demolished. But since its field of application is limited to the racetrack, there shouldn't be too much on the display yet.
