
Only 100 copies of the Aston Martin GT3 will be built
The Aston Martin Vantage GT3 is limited to 100 copies, but even without this limit on the number of pieces, the model is unique. A deep-drawn apron with large air inlets marks the front. A large, fixed spoiler can be seen at the rear. The front and rear track has been widened and the GT3 has been lowered significantly.
In order to save around 100 kilograms in weight, Aston Martin uses carbon elements on the body and in the interior of the GT3. Among other things, the front apron, the bonnet and the door panels are made of carbon. Optionally, the roof can also be equipped accordingly. A polycarbonate rear window and rear side windows made of the material mentioned provide additional weight savings. The Aston Martin Vantage GT3 weighs a total of 1,565 kilos.
600 hp for the V12
As a basis for For the GT3, the V12 version of the Vantage was chosen, which already brings 573 hp and 620 Nm of torque to the start. In the GT3, the twelve-car can produce 600 hp - this is made possible by numerous internal engine measures with lightweight materials and a titanium sports exhaust system.
The Q-Division of Aston Martin is responsible for the interior in the GT3. It equips the racer with a carbon center console and Alcantara dashboard. Sports seats and various popular equipment features can also be installed individually. Prices for the Aston Martin GT3 were not mentioned.
