D I think of Fiat, I think of the 500 - this, or something similar, should also be the case for the Italian sales force in Germany, because the 500 series is clearly the driving force behind the Italians. The Bravo, Sedici and Scudo series, on the other hand, bake very, very small rolls.
At Ford, on the other hand, you can rely on the Focus and Fiesta models, and the Kuga is not doing badly either. The new Mondeo is coming strong, the Galaxy, which is about to change the guard, is understandably weak. Dacia can also build on two pillars: Duster and Sandero are selling particularly well here. At Hyundai it is the i30 and the ix35. At BMW, the 1 and 3 series compete head-to-head every month for the position as bestseller. The 5 Series always follows closely in the slipstream.
Opel broadly positioned
At Audi, the A3 clearly dominates the field , followed by the aging A4. At Land Rover, the Evoque provides top numbers and at Mercedes, the C-Class is way ahead. Mazda has two hot irons in the fire with the CX-5 and the Mazda 3, at Mitsubishi the Space Star, like the Qashqai at Nissan, leaves all other series far behind.
Opel can now open up support an extremely strong Corsa and the solidly running Astra and Adam series. At Renault, Mégane, Clio Twingo and Captur deliver decent sales. At Peugeot, the 308 turns out to be an absolute draft horse, at Seat the Leon and at Skoda the Octavia. And at VW? Sure - the golf runs and runs and runs.
