D as Alpina B6 Biturbo Cabrio has already been presented at the IAA, the B6 Biturbo Coupé with identical drive technology now follows as a logical consequence. Here, too, a 4.4-liter V8 engine with exhaust gas turbochargers provides propulsion. It develops 540 hp and has a maximum torque of 730 Nm. The Alpina B6 Biturbo Coupé sprints from zero to 100 km /h in 4.3 seconds and reaches a top speed of 320 km /h. The average consumption should be 10.5 liters. The convertible is 4.4 seconds, 10.6 liters and 317 km /h.

Alpina B6 Biturbo Coupé with active suspension

The B6 Biturbo Coupé uses an eight-speed Sports automatic with different driving programs. The chassis has electronically adjustable dampers and active roll stabilization. Four driving programs are available via the driving experience switch. The Alpina B6 Biturbo Coupé maintains road contact by means of 20-inch alloy wheels with 255/35 tires on the front and 285/30 on the rear axle. The exhaust gases escape through a four-pipe titanium exhaust system from Akrapovic.

Visually, the Alpina stands out from the normal BMW 6 Series with a new front spoiler with spoiler lip and a rear spoiler, optionally in carbon fiber. The equipment of the Alpina B6 Biturbo Coupé can be considered almost complete. The price for the fast touring car is at least 122,800 euros.
