The external characteristic of the new sport version are body details with a carbon fiber look. Side skirts, the frame of the radiator grille, the cover caps of the exterior mirrors, the front bumper and the background of the main headlights are made from this lightweight material. The bumpers also have a red decorative line. The sporty standard equipment of the Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sport also includes a Brembo four-piston brake system, a rear bumper with diffuser, dark-painted 17-inch alloy wheels and chrome-plated tailpipes.

In addition to the carbon look, the sport version also has a differential lock on the front axle.
In the interior, aluminum sports pedals and footrests on the driver's side, door sills made of stainless steel with Alfa Romeo lettering and the frame of the dashboard and door panels in carbon fiber optics create a racing atmosphere. The extended comfort features include a two-zone automatic air conditioning with ventilation nozzles also in the rear, a center armrest at the front and cruise control. The standard equipment of the new Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sport also includes an entertainment system with a five-inch touchscreen, leather steering wheel, a foldable rear center armrest and rear parking sensors with acoustic warning signal and display in the matrix display.
On the engine side, the new Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sport on four turbo units: with the turbo gasoline engines a 1.4-liter unit with either 150 HP or 170 HP and with the turbo diesels the 2.0-liter engine also with 150 HP or 175 HP. The stronger variant is standard with a 6-speedDual clutch transmission combined.
On the chassis side, the Giulietta Sport versions rely on an electronic differential lock on the driven front axle. The driving dynamics control operates with the three levels of Dynamic, Natural and All Weather.
The starting price for the new model version is 27,900 euros for the 150 hp petrol engine. Its 170 hp version costs at least 31,000 euros. The diesel variants are available from 29,900 and 33,200 euros respectively.
Extended standard equipment for Alfa Romeo Giulietta Veloce
The Alfa Romeo Giulietta Veloce, the sportiest equipment variant in the series, is now even more dynamic on. The top model of the series with 240 HP turbo gasoline engine also offers bi-xenon headlights with dynamic cornering lights and 18-inch alloy wheels as standard in the new model year. The standard body components in carbon fiber optics for the new Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sport are available as an optional carbon equipment package for the Veloce model.
