Jaguar wins four prizes
That Porsche traditionally has a good standing with readers of auto motor und sport , was also evident this year: With the Porsche 911, 911 Cabrio /Targa and the new SUV Macan, three vehicles from Zuffenhausen achieved class victories. Hard to beat, actually. But not impossible. Jaguar even took first place in four of the eleven categories in the import classification with its models XE, XF, F-Type Coupé and F-Type Cabrio.
In the context of the 'Best Cars' gala also the handover of the International Paul Pietsch Award 2015 to Norbert Reithofer, the outgoing chairman of BMW. In the name of auto motor und sport co-founder Paul Pietsch (1911- 2012), BMW received the technology innovation award for the economical and sporty BMW i8, which was announced for the 26th time.
