Power ranking Geneva: The 11 most powerful cars with 14,254 hp

Power Ranking Geneva Motor Show
Subscriptions & booklets

S Faster, further, higher - at the beginning of March the Geneva Motor Show regularly changes the Olympic motto to strong, stronger, strongest. Especially exotic small series manufacturers, which hardly anyone else knows, make their big appearance here - and easily put big names in the automotive world in their pockets.

In the meantime, however, not many cylinders and turbochargers are good for the highest horsepower figures , but mainly from kW and kWh. Because the two most powerful hypercars have a purely electric drive. And what a kind: Four electric motors drive the Rimac Concept Two with a total of 1,914 hp and an incredible 2,300 Nm over all four wheels. That should be enough for an acceleration time of 1.97 seconds from standstill to 100 km /h - this figure is certainly a little optimistic, but the performance is not lacking. Because: With all acceleration values below 2.3 seconds, tires reach their physical limit.

Nevertheless, it would of course be nice to try out how such an electric bullet can go off - it doesn't have to be from a standing start. 100 to 200 km /h could be just as breathtaking - and beyond. For example, the Koenigsegg Jesko should reach a top speed of 482 km /h. You can see what other fabulous values we found in Geneva in our table.
