A When the prototype of a series hypercar made its debut with the Asfanè DieciDieci at the National Automobile Museum in Turin on May 30 of this year, the only question left was: “Are you serious? And if so, when will he be out on the street? ”We still owe the answer. Even the question of the drive cannot (yet) be answered 100 percent.
According to rumors, a turbo-charged gasoline engine and two electric motors will power the hypercar. The combustion engine should be positioned on the rear axle, the electric motors in each of the two front wheels, which enables all-wheel drive. The system performance could, as the name suggests (DieciDieci means ten ten), be 1,010 hp.
The FV Frangivento is a further development of the Asfane concept from 2016. The similarities are mainly in the aluminum architecture and the handcrafted aluminum and carbon fiber chassis. The company is based in Moncalieri, Italy and goes back to Paolo Mancini and the designer Giorgio Pirolo. The Italians work with companies from the automotive industry such as Pirelli, Sparco, OZ Racing and Brembo.
