The part with the performance works well. 135 hp push the Fiat Punto Evo energetically, because of the homogeneous torque curve, the big jumps of the sloppy switchable five-speed gearbox do not interfere. The hurried temperament suits the Fiat Punto Evo Sport well, which scurries along country roads in the test with a tight, not excessively harsh chassis setting and despite the low-feedback steering.
The test consumption of the Fiat Punto Evo of 8.6 L /100 km is above expectations - despite the dedicated use of the start-stop system. This leaves a lot of room for the solid and high-quality manufactured Punto Multiair, at least in terms of consumption - for optimization.
