D he Formula E makers around promoter Alejandro Agag continue to drum hard for the new electric racing series. After the announcement of the inclusion of an ePrix in Moscow /Russia in the calendar a few weeks ago, the organizers sent out the next positive message on Thursday (February 19, 2015).

Formula E course in London 2, 92 kilometers long

As the Formula E announced, the district council of Wandsworth, a district of London, gave the green light for the staging of two races in the metropolis. They also form the finale of the first Formula E season. The dates are June 27th and 28th, 2015.

The course in Battersea Park, which is located on the south side of the Thames opposite the Chelsea district, is to be 2.92 kilometers long and around 15 bends to lead. The London Formula E team and British architect Simon Gibbons are responsible for the conception of the track.
