This technology does not affect the cooling performance. Rather the opposite. After a few moments, you will feel pleasantly dry and cool. Smartphone owners now have a similarly pleasant feeling. For the first time in a Mazda, Android Auto and Apple Carplay are being used. The next model with this connectivity solution, which has been available from many competitors for several years, will be the Mazda 3, which will be launched in April 2019. What is unique, however, is the opportunity to have your Mazda retrofitted with this technology from 2013 for around 300 euros.

All engines of the Mazda 6 Facelift for the European market meet the new Euro 6d-TEMP emissions standard, which includes proof of compliance with emissions under real driving conditions. In addition, the 2.2 liter diesel engine now generates nine hp more, i.e. 184 hp and 445 Newton meters of torque.
Quiet and comfortable for all occupants
Especially when it comes to noise has changed compared to its predecessor. The large 184 hp diesel engine can hardly be heard during normal driving. If the speed is briefly boosted by a manual six-speed gearbox, this optimization naturally fizzles out very quickly. But this is a big plus for normal driving.
In addition, there is a pleasantly wide suspension for cross-country trips and city tours. It's neither too hard nor too soft. A little too 'shallow', i.e. indirectly, however, the steering fails. This is where sportiness reaches its limits. If you also let the active lane assistant do its job, you will feel patronized by constant steering assistance after a few moments and possibly put you into deep sleep by pressing a button. The fact that the Mazda 6 recommends its driver to take a short coffee break after a good three quarters of an hour on a winding country road is crowned by the patronage of the assistant available with diesel engine. The 2.2-liter diesel with six-speed manual gearbox and front-wheel drive is available from 39,090 euros.
