Tuner G&B Design from Recklinghausen is laying it on thick - at least when it comes to the Audi RS6, which is growing in width with a new body kit.
The crew around Bora Yilmaz hit another one with their new conversion for the Audi RS6 of the C7 generation - and a really big one at that. Compared to the standard RS6, the new aerodynamic kit widens the Audi on both sides – front and rear – by a whopping eight centimeters. According to G&B Design, the Audi is likely to be the world's widest RS6 that legally makes it onto the road in this country - because the 6XTM christened conversion comes with a certificate. And that applies not only to the RS6, but to all A6 Avant of the C7 model built between 2011 and 2018.,
Everything new all around
The 6XTM package includes a new bonnet, which has numerous gills for better ventilation of the engine compartment and also makes you look thick. Flanking new fenders lead to the desired increase in width. The modified front is rounded off by a completely new apron with a modified spoiler lip, which, together with the original radiator grille, also adapts the look of the C7 to the current C8. Widened side skirts with small winglets in front of the rear wheels direct the eye to the rear side panel extensions, which together with the corresponding door attachments ensure the A6's big behind. The rear view is characterized by the ventilation gills in the widened side parts and the new wide apron, which plays twice the Audi four-ring signet with four oval exhaust tailpipe trims and an Audi logo integrated in the two-part diffuser. The conversion is rounded off by a large roof edge spoiler. On request, G&B can also supply all add-on parts in carbon. Because the standard wheels would get lost in the large wheel arches, G&B is also doing better here. Forged wheels from the in-house Jäger program are installed. The tuner combines rounds in the 12x21 inch format with tires measuring 325/25 all around. That's really wide too.
