M it is 240 hp from a two-liter four-cylinder TDI even the standard VW Passat is stately motorized. At Abt, an additional control unit moves under the bonnet, which helps the doubly charged diesel to a full 270 hp and 540 Nm. A four-pipe sports exhaust system provides the associated sound experience.

Abt refines the look of the VW Passat Variant with a new front spoiler and a radiator grille attachment. There are also side skirts that are mounted directly behind the front wheels and new mirror caps. For the grand rear end, Abt is supplying a roof edge spoiler for the Variant and a spoiler lip for the sedan as well as a new rear apron attachment.

Abt fills the wheel arches with the new FR light alloy wheel in 20 or 21 inch diameters, at a set price from 3,370 euros. The tires are 245/35 or 245/30 Peus. Alternatively, 18- or 19-inch alloy wheels can slip under the fenders. Shorter suspension springs lower the Wolfsburg. There are new door sills and floor mats for the interior.
