Z eit to take stock. 21 Grand Prix have passed, and to be honest: it could have ended after the 16th Grand Prix. Maybe that was why the year seemed so long to us because Mercedes won 19 out of 21 races. It wasn't even boring. The driver's title was open until the last race. And there was plenty of talk behind the scenes.

Also the duels Red Bull against Ferrari, Force India against Williams and Toro Rosso against McLaren we had a good time. We were less pleased that the premier class is still being tinkered with. And rarely for good. We only think of the unfortunate qualification system, the radio ban or the overtaking rules. The chaos of rules damages the image of the sport.
