Haas F1 has to practice all processes during the first test and find each other as a team: 'We are a whole new team. So we all have to work well together - the engineers, the mechanics and the drivers. We have to collect as much data as possible. Because of the limited test time, it is important to ensure reliability as early as possible. Then it goes Yes, almost straight to Melbourne. '
