E Actually, the Monte Carlo race weekend offers the fans the best entertainment even without additional shows. But for the 2018 edition of the classic, the organizers have come up with something very special. Between the two free practice sessions on Thursday (May 24th, 2018), the two former F1 world champions Keke and Nico Rosberg were allowed to do a few more laps.

For their show run, father and son were not given any cars, but their company cars the world championship years 1982 and 2016. Keke Rosberg was on the road with his Williams FW08, which, thanks to the three-liter naturally aspirated V8 engine, clearly outshone his son’s Mercedes W07, at least in terms of volume Round. Again and again the two Rosbergs overtook each other in order to allow the photographers different perspectives. Because the tires cooled down quickly at the moderate pace, the junior put a heavily smoking brake on the asphalt in front of the harbor chicane.

In the end, the expensive racing cars survived Exit without major wounds. Both pilots parked their cars on the home straight and fell into each other's arms. Formula 1 boss Chase Carey and Prince Albert were already waiting to receive the two monastery streets by choice and to pose for a souvenir photo.
As is well known, the Rosberg clan has lived in Monte Carlo for many decades. Nico spent much of his childhood in tax haven and leftright next to the paddock to the school. The junior was able to triumph at home games three times (2013, 2014 and 2015). Father Keke achieved 'only' one victory in the principality - in 1983.
