Sebastian Vettel was still closest on the heels of the two Silver Arrow drivers. With a gap of 0.625 seconds, there is still room for improvement. After all, he delivered a better performance than his team-mate Kimi Raikkonen.

Raikkonen on the wrong track

Between the two red cars, Daniel Ricciardo in the Red Bull, with a new expansion stage of the Renault Motors was on the move. One expects a tenth of this update. Ultimately, 0.906 seconds were missing from the best time.

Massa not yet in shape

His stable mate Daniil Kvyat finished sixth with the older version of the engine in the rear. The Russian was 0.247 seconds behind the Australian. Valtteri Bottas took seventh place in the Williams.
