F1 photos GP Abu Dhabi 2019: The pictures from free practice

E s was an action for a nice shot. The Mercedes W10 of world champion Lewis Hamilton did not have the usual start number 44 on its nose at the beginning of the first practice session for the Abu Dhabi GP. Instead, the mechanics gave the Silver Arrow the 1. Just like last year.

Hamilton only drove a few laps with it. When the photos were on the memory card, the six-time title holder returned to his lucky number. So he reached third place in the first training session. The 44 had been on the car before. On the bonnet.

Sebastian Vettel and Daniel Ricciardo started the 21st Grand Prix weekend without luck. The Ferrari driver made a driver error that ended in the guardrail at Turn 19.
