New Managing Director at the team's location is Monisha Kaltenborn (38), who has been Head of Legal Affairs since 1998 and a member of the Executive Board since 2001. The Austrian lawyer has already maintained contact with the World Automobile Federation (FIA), the F1 rights holder (FOM) and the team association (FOTA) in the past.

Alex Sauber is now responsible for marketing. The team owner's son has already gained experience in sports marketing in Swiss professional football. His last position at Neue Grasshopper Fußball AG was Head of Commerce. Willy Rampf was appointed as Head of Technology and Urs Jampen as Finance Director as additional personnel.
