5 35 PS and a maximum of 640 Newton meters: It's pretty crazy what Auto-Dynamics is doing with the last-generation Mercedes-AMG CLA 45 (C 117 series). After all, this is an engine that stands pretty well in the forage even in series production and delivers 381 hp and a maximum of 475 Newton meters distributed over all four wheels. As a reminder: this car is powered by a two-liter four-cylinder with turbocharging, both in series and in tuned condition. And that accelerates the Mercedes-AMG CLA 45 to a maximum of 320 km /h; with the original, a maximum of 270 km /h is possible, provided the driver's package is installed.

Lots of international help with engine and chassis tuning

But before we talk about crazy Poles: Without German help, the tuner from Warsaw would not have been able to squeeze these insane numbers out of the engine. The new turbo system comes, for example, from the specialists called 'The Turbo Engineers' from Dachau near Munich, water and charge air coolers are supplied by Wagner Tuning in Dessau-Roßlau. But the Americans also have their fingers in the game: AMS Alpha provides the intake system, parts of the exhaust system come from the Weistec shelf. The cat-back flap exhaust comes from Austria from Remus, and the air filter is also new. However, Auto-Dynamics did the fine-tuning of the electronics itself.

Auto-Dynamics also relies on German engineering for the chassis. The fully adjustable sports coilover kit comes from Bilstein, the reinforced stabilizers are supplied by Eibach. However, the Poles have also taken over some bearings and links from the production car. The all-round 9 x 19 inch rims in the color satin black come from the BBS range and are covered with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires in the format 245/30 R19.

Visually almost the same

The original AMG brake supplements Auto-Dynamics with brake pads from Pagid Racing, steel flex lines from Fischer-Hydraulik and brake fluids from Millers Oils. The oils for the original AMG Speedshift dual-clutch transmission with seven gears, the differentials and the engine also come from the British specialists. The only difference: the otherwise chrome-plated parts are now painted in glossy black.
