Vauxhall Vivaro GS: spoiler for the pickup truck

The Opel sister company Vauxhall gives the transporter a sporty aerodynamics package, because craftsmen also want driving fun.

Small vans in sporty outfits have a long tradition on the British Isles. Ford and VW regularly bring special models onto the market there, which are intended to bring more driving pleasure into the life of van drivers with sporty equipment details. Now Vauxhall is following suit with the Vivaro and the new GS equipment.

Complete aero package

This is available for the Vivaro as a combustion engine and also in the electric version. In both cases, a new spoiler lip migrates to the front apron, newly formed panels to the side skirts and a new apron to the rear. The aerodynamics package is rounded off by a two-part roof edge spoiler. As a sporty addition, black 18-inch alloy wheels move into the wheel arches, fitted with high-load-bearing wide commercial vehicle tires.,

Seats covered with robust, perforated synthetic leather with the GS logo and red contrasting stitching provide a sporty touch in the cockpit.

The new GS equipment can be combined - as already mentioned - with the purely electric drive train in the Vivaro panel van and the 180 hp turbo diesel as a panel van or double cab.,

Conclusion

The Opel sister company Vauxhall is launching the sporty equipment line GS for the Vivaro van in Great Britain. This doesn't make the transporter any faster, but it does make it appear sportier.
