The Toyota P roace is the sister model to the Peugeot Traveler /Expert and the Citroën Spacetourer /Jumpy, and is like these can be had as a panel van, double cab, station wagon and chassis as well as in three lengths, two wheelbases and two equipment lines.

Like its sister models, the 1.90 meter high proace in the body lengths (4 , 60 m, 4.95 m and 5.30 m). The maximum payload is 1.4 tons, the loading volume varies between 3.2 and 6.6 m³, the trailer load is up to 2.5 tons. The medium version is available as a panel van, glazed panel van, double cab, combi with up to nine seats and a chassis. The long version is offered as a panel van, glazed panel van, double cab and combi. The Proace has side sliding doors and double doors, optionally glazed, at the rear.
The Toyota Proace five diesel engines to choose from. The four-cylinder with 1.6 or 2.0 liter displacement cover a performance range from 95 hp to 180 hp.
Toyota offers both the panel van and the station wagon in two equipment lines. The basic equipment already includes ABS, a cruise control system and limiter, electronic stability control and hill start assist as well as central locking.
The Comfort equipment also offers electrically adjustable and heated exterior mirrors, electric windows, air conditioning (automatic air conditioning in the Combi ) and radio. There is also an adjustable traction control.
