Bonhams is auctioning one of three Aston Martin V8 station wagons

Bonhams to auction Aston Martin Sportsman Estate

E in one of three built Aston Martin V8 Sportsman Estate Cars is for sale at Bonhams in London. Interested parties can bid on the two-door station wagon conversion, which was built in 1996 for a Swiss, during an auction. It is one of three V8s that Aston Martin converted into the Sportsman Estate Car. The example to be auctioned is one of two identical cars that a brother couple from Switzerland has ordered. They differ from the third car in that the rear lights are arranged in steps. The paintwork and interior are tone on tone. The dashboard, center console and doors are lavishly paneled with walnut wood.

Two of the three built V8 Sportsman have taillights arranged one above the other.

Four-valve V8 with 335 hp

The two-door has a four-valve V8 5.3 liters displacement and 335 hp, which enables an acceleration from zero to 100 km /h in under seven seconds and a top speed of 258 km /h.

The Sportsman's engine was launched in 1999 when the Factory outdated, the car was then sold to a French art collector. A few years after his death, the Aston Martin was auctioned in Paris in 2014.

Fully restored and with all documentation

In the past two years, Aston Martin Works has completely restored the car and provided with a fresh service. The vehicle includes all the documents with operating instructions and service booklet, a cover, a battery charger and a humidor.

Expected price: 360,000 to 410,000 euros

At the auction on May 13th the rare Aston Martin should bring between 360,000 and 410,000 euros. There are also taxes and fees.
